CYBRITAL is business management and recordkeeping software. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, the records you keep, and the business decisions you make. You are also responsible for understanding and meeting the laws, regulations, tax, accounting, employment, payroll and other obligations that apply to your business and location.

CYBRITAL does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or employment advice. Features, reports and calculations are provided as business management and planning tools and should not be treated as professional advice or as a determination of your legal obligations.

The Tax Estimate feature provides an estimate based on the amount and tax percentage you enter. It does not determine your actual tax liability, tax rate, deductions, filing requirements or other tax obligations.

Staff and payroll features help you record and manage staff and payment information. They do not determine wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, employment status or other legal or regulatory obligations.

You are responsible for reviewing your records, maintaining appropriate backups or exports, protecting access to your device and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.

CYBRITAL V1 is designed as local-first business software. Your core business records are stored locally on your device and core V1 operation does not require those records to be uploaded to a CYBRITAL cloud account.

CYBRITAL V1 does not include CYBRITAL-operated analytics, advertising or cloud database services for your business records.

When you choose Download My Data, CYBRITAL creates export files from your locally stored business information and saves them to a folder you select. You are responsible for the security and handling of exported files after they are created.

When you use Share CYBRITAL, the app prepares recommendation text and the CYBRITAL website address for the sharing service you choose. It does not include your CYBRITAL business records in that recommendation. The operating system, sharing service or other destination you choose may process shared information under its own terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and any copies or exports of your business information.

CYBRITAL is a business management tool and is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, payroll or employment advice.

Tax estimates are approximate planning calculations based only on the information and percentage you provide. Payroll and staff tools are administrative recordkeeping tools and do not determine whether payments, deductions, taxes, benefits, classifications or employment practices comply with laws or regulations.
